Named in honour of the legendary twentieth century department store that stood on Oxford Street, Bourne & Hollingsworth run various bars in Central London including the eponymous establishment on Rathbone Place and the Reverend JW Simpson bar in Fitzrovia. They also host vintage nights Blitz and Prohibition.

Their latest venture is Bourne & Hollingsworth Buildings - a bar and brasserie in Clerkenwell, located just off Exmouth Market. Decorated to espouse the restrained and faded grandeur of an English stately home, it is an environment where one can comfortably imagine the legendary eccentric Victorian taxidermist Walter Potter seated in a leather armchair putting the finishing touches to one of his extensive mouse dioramas.
