Books and Kits
We offer a returns and refund policy on all book and kit purchases.
You have 30 calendar days from the date of receipt to return an item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the outcome. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your card provider.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non refundable. If a refund is issued, any return shipping costs may be deducted from the total refunded amount.

Taxidermy Workshop Tickets and Gift Vouchers
Workshop tickets and gift vouchers are non refundable, in line with UK consumer regulations relating to event bookings.
However, dates are transferable. If you are unable to attend your booked workshop, you may transfer your place to another available date with reasonable notice.
Gift vouchers are also fully transferable to another person.
